margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1478" data-original-width="1108" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEibcr1YAE5XdBy8rCSHjXXRTKPPvq_H_V8g-nwN1gx9lr0cgU3dsGEQXSXyqP7qVEIxdTyzAoUpnMS36umF45KYR0CayJS6kC1nhxjnZ_W-uuR_b-o8eVNZpoCcSys59SPX9FescXU_-ciY/s320/2021529_210908_0.jpg" width="240" /></a></div><br /><p>記得剛開始學習瑜伽,最印象深刻的就是:「天吶,原來我筋骨這麼硬啊!」透過老師帶動作,一次次理解自己身體有哪些地方特別僵硬、特別疼痛,下課之後在日常生活中,就會不自主聯想到原來自己的哪些姿勢在長期累積下來,才造成了這些疼痛。</p><p>一個人長期下來的姿勢,往往就能反映一個人的個性。</p><p>例如,有些人總是笑臉迎人,在外人眼裡,似乎此人天生樂天派,沒什麼事情可以讓他憂愁的,好像天塌下來都不會壓到他一樣;別人總誇他樂觀積極、沒有脾氣,久了,這個當事人可能也以為自己就是這樣的人;可是透過瑜伽練習,他可能就發現自己肩胛骨痠疼、兩肩僵硬,透過一些瑜伽體式,更感覺到原來自己胸椎擠壓許久。有這樣長期累積下來的習慣性姿勢,或許說明此人可能並非真的完全無憂無慮、樂觀積極,;相反,他可能習慣凡事往心裡藏、報喜不報憂,只是隨著外表故作已久的堅強,自己也忽略了自己真正的心理狀態而不得知。</p><p>由於瑜伽講究每一個姿勢表現過程中的細節,細緻到呼吸調息都需要專注其上,因此,你可以很容易觀察到自己平時沒留意到的地方。當對自己身體愈來愈了解,就愈能認識真正的自己是一個什麼樣的人。</p><p>沒有一個人是完美的,而外在看似愈接近完美的人,可能更需要好好了解自己一番、內在可能更需要被深層了解一番。當能有固定時間去好好看待自己、認識自己時,才能讓自己身心靈真正自由自在,活在自己完整的人格特質之中。</p><p>現在的人壓力很大,大部分原因便是想成為一個更好的人(自己)。 </p><p>成為一個更好的人或更優秀的自己並沒有錯,只是如果是把原本真正的自己深藏起來,那就像是把自己活埋一樣,縱使達成了目標,你也會覺得空氣稀薄,沒有滿足和快樂。 </p><p>可是就像我們的一雙眼睛,只能往外看;要逆向操作往裏看時,確實不是一件易事。</p><p>然而,透過瑜伽體式的練習,從了解自己的身體開始,你可以非常清澈明白地感受到一個被壓抑起來的真正的自己。接著,再從瑜伽體式練習開始,你知道怎麼釋放真正的自己、怎麼調整自己,讓自己身心靈合而為一,享受在每一條前進的道路上,不管成功或失敗。 </p><p>從理解自己的身體開始理解真正的自己,把真正的自己解放出來,去微調、去雕塑,去享受每一個經歷和成長。這件事,可是比成功不成功還重要呢!</p><p>轉貼自一日一瑜伽</p>Dorishttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11889632979920837605noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1215177360410217747.post-3370661617339753752021-09-08T22:32:00.004+08:002021-09-08T22:32:51.717+08:00找回自己的心,做自己。<div class="separator" style="clear: both; 「萬動不如一靜,萬練不如一站」<br />
人在年輕之時,一般下焦比較實,上焦比較虛,<span class="text_exposed_show"><br />上焦是指心與肺,下焦是指肝與腎。<br /> 上虛下實,元陽充足,頭目清醒,人就充滿了活力。<br /> 這就像晴朗的天空一樣,天上風輕雲淡,地面綠樹成蔭。<br /> 然而,到了老年,人會漸漸地變為下焦虛,上焦實。<br /> 上虛下實,頭輕腳重,人就會神清氣爽;<br /> 下虛上實,頭重腳輕,人就會昏昏沈沈。<br /> 上虛下實是身體健康的標志,上實下虛則是病態的表現。</span><br />

人為什麽會上實下虛呢?這是因為氣的流動不通暢了,<br /> 氣都集中在了上部,不下降了,上面當然實了,下面當然虛了。<br /> 天地是個大宇宙,人體是個小宇宙,人體的法則遵循天地的法則。<br /> 天地之間清氣上揚,濁氣下沈,<br /> 人體之內也應該清氣上升,濁氣下降;<br /> 人體之內上虛下實天地之間也應該上虛下實。<br /> 如果下面的地虛了,森林被亂砍濫伐,水土流失,<br /> 那麽,上面的天就變實了,沙塵暴會籠罩天空。<br />
那麽如何來改善這一狀況呢?<br /> 讓下面先實起來,下面實了,上面自然就虛了。<br /> 養生的道理也一樣,要讓上焦的心肺之氣降下來,<br /> 先要讓下面的肝腎之氣充實起來。<br />
方法之一就是鍛練腿力,<br /> 雙腿就像人體的承重牆,支撐著身體的全部重量。<br /> 俗話說:樹老根先枯,人老腿先衰。<br /> 若從20歲開始,不積極運動,<br /> 每10年可能喪失5%的肌肉組織。<br /> 這些腿部的初老症狀你有嗎?<br />
症狀1:小腿腫脹長期久坐,血液循環不好會容易導致小腿腫脹,<br /> 若不加強運動小心腦血管病和腎臟病來敲門。<br />
症狀2:雙腿發涼雙腿發涼大多血液循環不好,<br /> 氣血不通造成的,有時還覺得從臀部開始,<br /> 到腳後跟,中間一條線都涼涼的,也可能和腰椎間盤病變有關。<br />
症狀3:頻繁抽筋如果不是在運動後或因為受涼而抽筋,<br /> 這可能是骨質疏鬆的表現,有些人還會出現足跟疼痛。<br />
症狀4:靜脈曲張,一旦腿上的血管突然非常清晰,<br /> 彎彎曲曲像蛇一樣,說明腿部血管出現了勞損。<br />
瑜伽站姿樁就是要讓身體的下半部分穩定下來,要有生根之感。<br /> 你穏定做各種站立動作,頭頂天,腳踏地,身體先有了根,<br /> 體內的氣才會自動地慢慢回歸原位,該上升的上升,該下降的下降,<br /> 清氣上升,濁氣下降,時間一長,身體就恢覆到上虛下實的狀態。<br /> 這就好比一杯渾濁的水,你越攪動,它越渾濁,你讓它靜止不動,<br /> 輕的東西就會往上浮,重的東西就會往下沈,<br /> 不一會兒,你就能看見一杯清澈見底的水。<br />
瑜伽某些屈膝動作,其目的就是讓身體重心下降,使下面充實,<br /> 下面充實了,腎精就會充實,腎精充實了,宗氣運行通暢,<br /> 心肺之氣下降,肝腎之氣上升,這樣一來,<br /> 人就進入了上虛下實的狀態,就能健康長壽。<br />
瑜伽剛柔並濟,陰陽並重,呼吸精氣,尊注守神,<br /> 常練習就會元氣充滿,之後人就會身強力壯,<br /> 具有抵抗一切疾病的能力。<br />
許多身體健康的人定期鍛練,他們都享有高壽。<br /> 而一些體弱多病之人,通過瑜伽,一樣從中獲益。<br /> 因爲瑜伽不僅可以疏通經絡,調和氣血,使陰陽相交,<br /> 加速新陳代謝,還可以加強各臟器、器官以至細胞的功能,<br /> 對許多慢性病都有很好的療效。<br />
開始練習瑜伽站姿時,會覺得很費力氣,膝蓋、大腿酸痛。<br /> 腿酸痛時一定要堅持,忍耐一會兒,<br /> 酸痛是因為你的身體裏氣不足,無力支撐身體重量,<br /> 這時你可以用意念去體會哪個部位酸怎麽個酸法,<br /> 氣隨著意念行走,你的意念到了酸痛的部位,<br /> 氣就會注入這個部位,等到這個部位的氣慢慢充足之後,<br /> 酸痛也就消失了,這時你的身體就會站得更穩了。<br />
練過瑜珈腿力的人都有這種體驗,只要站上一會兒,<br /> 你就能感覺到四肢發熱這是因為你的氣血開始旺盛起來了,<br /> 再停留一會兒,你會自然地感覺到體內氣的運動,<br /> 你的意念到了哪裏,氣就會跟到哪裏,<br /> 這是因為你身體內的經絡開始連通了,經絡連通之後,<br /> 氣血就會暢通無阻,身體的各種病癥就能很快得到改善,<br /> 古語提到練身健腿說:“其效初不甚覺,但積累百餘日,<br /> 功用不可量,比之服藥,其力百倍。<br />

有很多女性朋友問,練習瑜伽大腿會變粗嗎?<span class="text_exposed_show"><br />手臂會變壯嗎?會不會練完之後肌肉一塊塊的?<br /> 或者怎麼感覺瑜伽練久了,肚子好像也沒消多少?<br /> 這一系列的問題的疑惑是大多數人不知道瑜伽與別的運動的區別,<br /> 才造成這種種想法的。</span><br />

我們人的骨骼到壯年後已經發育完成,並開始走下坡路。<br /> 這段時間家庭負擔加重,工作壓力加大,<br /> 而亞健康的表現也開始顯現。<br /> 這時,如果不能進行適量的鍛煉,將加快人生走向下坡路,<br /> 未老先衰的現象就會微現,這時雖然自感精力還旺盛,<br /> 隨著亞健康的加劇,身體對疾病得抵抗力將會減少。<br />
由於不加強腿部的鍛煉,氣血循環受阻,皮膚的彈性下降,<br /> 就會出現肌肉鬆弛、靜脈曲張、下垂,毛孔變粗變糙。<br /> 如果這個時候堅持以全身為主的鍛煉,尤其是練瑜伽,<br /> 則能使身體的功能保持在健康狀態。<br />
女性氣血的盛衰和運行暢通直接影響著女性的容顏狀況,<br /> 巧妙融合中醫原理的瑜伽,透過各種延展拉伸等動作,<br /> 動脈血管得到適量擠壓及放鬆,能使血液加速運行,促進新陳代謝。<br /> 指尖發麻,關節微響,針刺,腹鳴,湧泉穴有氣流感,<br /> 這是經絡暢通的反應。<br />
這樣直接可以改變女性因氣血不足而花容失色的狀況,<br /> 也只有氣血充盈了,氣色才能紅潤,煥發生命光彩。<br />
關於小肚子會變大的問題,其實也是誤解。<br />
瑜伽要求腹式呼吸,要求氣沈丹田,<br /> 因此,瑜伽常常要求丹田內氣充實,<br /> 做動作時,要求氣足實腹,<br /> 此時小腹自然突出,但不是永遠突在那裏,<br /> 而是在氣沈丹田和不氣沈丹田之間反復進行。<br /> 這樣一鼓一收的鍛煉,不但不會使肚子變大,<br /> 反而會使肚子肌肉更結實,更有彈性,這就是練瑜伽的好處。<br />
還有,不用怕你的腿會變粗,<br /> 衰老從腿開始!俗話說:樹老根先枯,<br /> 人老腿先衰。人老化後,<br /> 腿部和大腦間指令的準確性和傳導速度都有所下降,<br /> 不像年輕時那麼默契,從出生到離世,腿每時每刻都在工作,<br /> 如果不注意保護,自然就“年久失修”了。<br /> 從20歲開始,如果不積極運動,每10年可能喪失5%的肌肉組織。<br />
瑜伽是全身都動的鍛練,“一動無不動,一靜無不靜”,<br /> 上下相隨,手足呼應,起落開合,完整一體。<br /> 使全身肌肉得到均衡發展,肢體勻稱輕靈。<br />
另外,瑜伽講究以靜抑動,雖動猶靜,動作如貓步,<br /> 步步為營,久而練之,能使人養成覺察的良好習慣,<br /> 如遇危急狀況,不慌張,不急躁,應付自如。<br />“不靜不知動之奇,不動不知靜之妙”,<br /> 富含哲學思想的瑜伽修鍊,<br /> 內斂的精神會深刻改變身心狀態!<br />

人一生下來,第一個動作是吸氣;<br /> 人走的時候,最後一個動作是呼氣。<br /> 在這一呼一吸之間,稱之為呼吸。<br />

沒有呼吸,就沒有生命;無法正確呼吸,也就無法正確的思考。<br /> 每一個思想都在創造生命與生活——<br />負面的思考創造負面的生命,正面的思考創造正面的生命。<br />
嬰兒呼吸的時候,肚子一上一下,身體非常柔軟。<br /> 孩童時期的我們有無限的夢想與想象,未來有無限的可能。<br /> 然而長大了,呼吸越來越淺,一般人只用到肺活量的20%,<br /> 身體越來越僵硬,思想也越來越僵硬。<br />
為什麽成人的呼吸越來越淺?<br /> 嬰兒哭的時候,是用盡全身的力量,大聲地將情緒釋放出來。<br /> 然而在家庭與社會的制約下,我們是不可以哭、不可以生氣的,<br /> 於是只好暗自生氣或流淚。<br />
長期下來,我甚至不哭了,淚水往肚子裏吞,<br /> 或者不知道現在的情緒為何,感覺為何。<br />
呼吸的韻律與情緒息息相關,尤其在緊張、害怕的時候,<br /> 常常忘了要呼吸,或暫時停止呼吸。<br /> 但這種時候其實非常需要深度呼吸,<br /> 才能把因負面情緒產生的毒素釋放出來。<br /> 想想看,當憤怒或悲傷的情緒上來時,這麽多的能量需要釋放,<br /> 但在不能釋放的情況下,需要用多大的力氣才能壓下去?<br />
就這樣,在長期壓抑情緒的情況下,呼吸被卡住了,<br /> 而這些沒有釋放出來的情緒被儲存在身體裏,<br /> 慢慢地身體也就卡住了。<br />
然後年紀越來越大,身體越來越僵硬。<br /> 而如果無法面對自己的情緒,當然就無法相信自己,<br /> 於是,思想也卡住了,人就越來越流於負面和悲觀,<br /> 因此認為自己是受害者,<br /> 進而創造出一連串的不幸與不快樂的生活。<br />
這些久積的情緒,以生病的形式儲存在身體的不同部位,<br /> 造成身心疾病。<br />
深層的呼吸法就像一把溫和的手術刀,<br /> 把身體裏長期卡住的呼吸打開,<br /> 讓肺活量增加,身心病痛就能借由呼吸而釋放出去。<br />
當氣打開並釋放出來時,身體也慢慢地打開,<br /> 而且變得柔軟有彈性了。<br />
而身體打開之後,情緒就能釋放出來,心也開了。<br /> 當心打開之後,慢慢地就能以愛與智慧面對生命。</div>

誰都可以也應該習練靜坐,認識自己、開發潛能,是每個人與生俱來的權利,沒有年齡、性別、職業、種族、宗教之分。正因現代人太忙,更該靜坐,靜坐沒有特定方向,地點的限制。忙碌的上班族們甚至可以利用坐公車的時間靜坐。從最實際的利益說,靜坐可使我們的工作、學業、生活、更有效率,這其中的科學原理是渙散、浮動的心靈一旦集中於正確目標,就會像陽光下的放大鏡,聚集陽光的熱力,而使紙張燃燒生熱。生活在今日五光十色、動蕩紛擾的社會環境裡,若是能每天練習靜坐,就可以更認識自己、更自信。找到自己生命真正的價值,對生活會有不可思議的助益。<br />

換句話說,靜坐是你與內在的自己交朋友,使你最終走向完美。幾乎很少人能一開始,就可以用雙盤坐很久,這是很正常的,大部分的人只要有規律地練習,慢慢地,自然就會血氣通暢,筋骨柔軟,只要是規規矩矩按老師指點的去做,都能很快的享受到靜坐的喜悅。如果平時實在很忙,可以每天早晚各練習一次,每次可由20分鐘開始練習。這樣的時間,非但不會影響日常作息,反而使平常的工作更有效率,千萬別小看每天兩次,每次20分鐘的靜坐功效。逐漸地,當你更能掌握內在心靈的世界,你的生命已在潛移默化的開展,漸次綻放光明。<br />
靜坐並不是宗教行為,它是一門有數千年歷史以上的心靈科學。人們可透過靜坐,探索自己內在的無限寶藏,而不是讓自己束縛於外在的有限事物,因此靜坐可使心靈擴展、包容萬物。</div>

六月上旬多雨又悶熱,長期生活在潮濕的環境裡,<br />
濕邪入侵筋骨並埋伏在經絡中,<br />
到了冬天便會引起各種關節痠痛。<span class="text_exposed_show"><br /> 流汗能夠幫助排出體內的濕氣,雖然悶熱的天氣讓人懶洋洋,<br /> 但只要積極運動,就可以促進代謝,<br /> 幫助身體除濕,請大家越懶越要動。</span><br />
<div class="text_exposed_show">
冷氣也是身體累積濕氣的一大幫兇。<br />
現代生活很便利,即使天氣悶熱潮濕,<br />
只要把冷氣打開,還是能過著涼快的生活。<br />
然而在恆溫系統的控制下,人體反而會喪失產熱散熱的功能,<br />
皮膚失去了藉著排汗調節體溫的機會,<br />
原本該隨著汗水一併排出的廢棄物就會一直積存在體內。<br />
為了改善這個狀況,平時盡量少開冷氣,<br />
就算有冷氣也不要將門窗全部關閉,<br />
而是略開一扇門或窗,透過自然的空氣對流驅散二氧化碳。<br />
趁著夏天陽氣正盛,加強肩關節、肘關節以及髖關節的活動,<br />
可以有效預防冬季濕邪對關節的傷害。<br />
運動能夠活化沾黏的肌肉群,增加關節靈活度。<br />
搭配瑜伽強化肌肉力量,肌力強化了,有助於穩定關節,<br />
平日活動就不容易扭傷,<br />
還可以改善長時間使用電腦所造成的痠痛。<br />
肩、髖關節周圍分布有腋窩、鼠蹊淋巴結。<br />
淋巴管和血管一樣,擔負著淨化身體的重責大任,<br />
可以將體內的廢棄物排出,並抵抗外來的病毒細菌。<br />
而淋巴結就是淋巴管匯集的地方,透過運動疏通淋巴結,<br />
不但可以加強免疫功能,對於排除身體中的濕氣也很有效!<br />
夏天溫度逐漸升高是最好的排濕時機。<br />

當我們在ㄧ個瑜伽姿勢感到焦躁不安,<br /> 也許因為時間停留過久,心智覺得無趣,<br /> 也許因為時間停留太久,身體覺得酸麻痛,<br /> 但瑜伽真正的停留作用在於提供我們可以『觀』,<br /> 可以察覺的空隙,『察』自己身體能量的狀態,<br /> 『覺』心性總是對厭憎的事唯恐避之不及,<br /> 或執著貪求那些美好的感受,<br /> 是的,瑜伽真正開始於當你想逃開時,<br /> 是的,瑜伽真正開始於當你再多ㄧ點堅持,<br /> 願意停留在此時此刻,看著所有的發生,<br /> 不加任何的評斷,帶著如此的中立態度,<br /> 在瑜伽練習當中所創造的寧靜自在,<br /> 才能慢慢滲透到生活中的行住坐臥中,<br /> 落實瑜伽身心合一的精神。</div>

面對現實社會與人生種種問題,<br /> 不苟安、不浮躁,不從一個極端走到另一個極端,<br /> 而是把握好分寸,「允執其中」、「從容中道」,<br /> 「審時度勢」、「進退有度」,這就是「中庸之道」。<br />
過與不及,都只會帶來不必要的困擾,<br /> 並不能達到真正的效益。<br />
懂得中庸之道,順乎自然,才能像容納百川的大河,<br /> 永遠細水長流,而不會雨季過後就乾涸消失。<br />
